1) British Columbia 19 from Campbell River north to Port Hardy.

The road stretches ahead of you while you journey to the vast and wild evergreen forests of northern Vancouver Island. Heading north through the fishing port of Campbell River, you may drive past endless forests of spruce and alongside the shining waters of Queen Charlotte Strait. Port Hardy can be found at the northern end of both Vancouver Island and also British Columbia 19. You can not drive any further north around the Island, however, you may catch a BCFerries ship north to Prince Rupert, and from there, you may even manage to transfer with an Alaska Ferry.
When you exit Vancouver Island, you need to head to the open Pacific Ocean, that’s about 80 kilometres (50 miles) west of Port Hardy. Head west from Port Hardy on Holberg Road, a lengthy gravel road that can take that you Cape Scott Provincial Park around the Pacific coast. Holberg Road will take you into the forested interior of northern Vancouver Island, past mountain lakes, vast stands of spruce and pine, waterfall, and black bears and cubs crossing the road. Make a stay in the tiny logging and fishing village of Holberg situated on Holberg Inlet, a narrow arm in the Gulf of mexico itself. Finally you’ll go to Cape Scott Provincial Park.
